As a Regional Account Manager, you are responsible for driving growth by managing key global and regional accounts across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on strategic account planning, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative sales and marketing solutions.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement Southeast Asia account plans for key global and local clients.
• Foster and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver impactful sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build strong, strategic relationships with customer organizations to gather market insights and stay ahead of competitors.
• Accurately maintain call reports, sales forecasts, and customer plans.
• Deliver regular updates and insights on account performance to senior leaders.
• Partner with distributors to defend and enhance the company’s market presence.

Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in lubricants, additives, or related industries such as oil, chemical, or OEMs.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.
