British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Activation Officer in Indonesia!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implement 360° activation strategies, covering offline D2C, community management, influencers, and events for New Categories & Combustibles.
• Collaborate with Brand, Business Development, and Strategy teams to align campaigns with consumer insights and route-to-consumer plans.
• Coordinate with creative and event agencies to ensure activities align with brand objectives.
• Support the development of new consumer touchpoints and coordinated brand campaigns.
• Deliver measurable activities to improve consumer disposition funnel and strengthen brand equity.
• Set KPIs and track performance of each activation plan, with post-implementation evaluation and recommendations.
• Lead activation resources effectively, including budget and people allocation.
• Build strong internal and external relationships, treating external partners as strategic collaborators.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant marketing experience in FMCG, ideally in lifestyle or disruptive categories.
• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns and offline D2C, community, influencer, or event management.
• Strong project management, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficient in using Excel to compile and simplify achievement data, turning it into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and highlight key findings.
• Creative and innovative with a consumer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Resilient, agile, and confident in working in a fast-paced environment., and demonstrates collaboration skills and commercial savvy.
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and flexibility.
