Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounts Payable Executive di perusahaan PT Wicaksana Overseas International,Tbk untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources 
  • Implement accounts payable processes and internal controls to ensure governance over the Accounts Payable function 
  • Supervise the recording of all accounts payable and payment transactions to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly accounts payable closing. Validate payment reconciliation against invoices/bank records/aging 
  • Support the preparation of the monthly accounts payable and payment status reports for accountability purposes. Track payment progress and analyze key expenditures to monitor cash outflows 
  • Supervise the maintenance of the database containing vendors’ details (payment terms, bank account details, etc.) for payment processing reference. Update payment terms and other agreements with external vendors 
  • Coordinate and execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing accounts payable processes and improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in monitoring payment efficiency (e.g. creditors turnover, etc.) and changes in vendors’ payment term

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced as an Accounts Payable will be a plus.
  • Bachelor from any major (preferably from Economics, Accountancy, Business Management, or related fields)
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge in managing Accounts Payable and application of local/international accounting standards. 
  • Proven hands-on experience in SAP Accounting applications is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills  
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
  • Have basic certification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline will be a plus.
