Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounts Clerk di kantor PT SPACElogic International Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Utara & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Pegawai/Staf Akuntansi (Akuntansi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 6.600.000 - Rp 8.100.000.

Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Clerk:

  • Recording Financial Transactions:

    Accurately entering and processing financial data, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other relevant documents.

  • Maintaining Financial Records:

    Keeping organised and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, often using accounting software.

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    Managing invoices, payments to vendors, and payments received from customers.

  • Filing and Documentation:

    Maintaining a systematic filing system for financial documents, both physical and digital.

  • Other Administrative Tasks:

    Performing various administrative duties related to the accounting department, such as data entry, document preparation, and responding to inquiries.

  • Following Procedures:

    Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting and tax regulations. 

  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Numerical Skills:

    Proficiency in mathematics and the ability to work with numbers accurately.

  • Attention to Detail:

    A keen eye for detail and accuracy in recording and processing financial information.

  • Organizational Skills:

    Ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Communication Skills:

    Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial records.

Qualifications

  • Completion of university or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Accounts data entry and Administrative experience with up to 3 years in a similar role

  • High degree of technology literacy and proficiency in standard office equipment and software (experience with Microsoft Office)
