JOB ROLE :

As an Accounting and Tax Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounting operations and tax compliance processes. 

This position requires a professional with a strong background in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

• Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/PSAK and other financial reporting standards.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Coordinate and prepare tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT/Sales tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and examinations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to support financial integrity and compliance.
• Analyse financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance and best practices.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation from a reputable university.
• Hold Brevet A and B
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP and Accurate) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
