Join our dynamic team as Accounting & Tax Staff, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. In this role, you’ll not only handle vital tasks like asset management, financial record-keeping, and audit preparation, but also collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to driving efficiency and compliance.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and Manage Financial Data: Compile, analyze, and maintain supporting documentation for fixed assets, accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), inventory, and loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts with precision, maintaining well-organized and accurate records.
  • Document Management: Oversee the organization, archiving, and secure storage of company documents to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and promote efficiency in financial operations.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive documentation for fixed assets to meet internal and external audit requirements.
  • Asset Verification: Conduct regular physical verification (stock-taking) of assets monthly, quarterly, and annually in coordination with team members.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting from a reputable university.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proactive, honest, responsible, and quick to adapt to new environments.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
