Job Description:

1. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of internal control risk prevention measures in financial management behavior, monitoring the financial status of the company’s business through the management of financial risks, supervising the effective implementation of processes, and ensuring that the financial work is in compliance with all regulations.
2. Advise senior management on accounting matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization.
3. Manage the accounting function in processing financial statement (monthly and annual), management reports, annual audit that are required by the Company and regulation accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Review financial statement data including identifying and correcting input errors, calculations, accruals and the application of accounting standard principles.
5. Ensuring the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia.
6. Prepare report for external interest (i.e. Bank, and other parties) in order to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
7. Liaise with external auditor to ensure timely completion of annual audit process.
8. Responsible for preparing journal entries and monthly closure account.
9. Complete other matters assigned by the management and directors.

Job Specification:

1. Accounting & Tax Manager minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a finance, accounting, audit, & tax.
2. Candidate must possess minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting/taxation or related field from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3,25.
3. Age below 40 years old.
4. Certified in Brevet A / B.
5. Demonstrate a strong interest in the field of finance, accounting, and taxation.
6. Strong knowledge of tax regulation in Indonesia and accounting principles.
7. Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills with detail orientation.
8. English communication skills (written and oral communication skills).
9. Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the job.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different nationalities and levels.
11. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
12. Have integrity, thoroughness, perseverance, and responsibility.
13. Able to work under high pressure situation.
