Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi ACCOUNTING STAFF TAX di tempat usaha PT Contromatic Prima Mandiri untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check the suitability and accuracy between the Output Tax Invoice and the Invoice.
Documenting Output Tax Invoice.
Prepare VAT & PPh supporting documents.
Make VAT and PPh reports and reconciliations.
Make VAT & PPh E-Billing Payments.
Make and report SPT VAT & PPh.
Checking and deducting PPh from A/P Invoice on SAP.
Prepare supporting document proof of cut and distribute to Vendors.
Make reports and follow up on Prepaid Documents with Proof of Withholding & WAPU Output VAT.
Make an equalization between SPT PPh 23 and PPh Article 4 paragraph 2 with fees on SAP.
Make a nominative list in accordance with the requirements of tax regulations.
Make an annual tax return.
Make a PBK application letter.
Tax Document Filling.
Prepare tax-related data for internal and external parties.
Prepare documents for tax audit.
Make a letter of reply to the letter from the tax office.
Assist supervisors and heads in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
Carry out the QHSE program that has been determined by the Company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Age Max. 30
Minimum S1 education with a minimum GPA of 3
Minimum 5 years work experience
Knowledge of the preparation of Financial Statements
Knowledge of Auditing Financial Statements
Knowledge of Taxation
Knowledge of Quality Management
Have communication skills and Interpersonal Skills
Mastering Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accuracy, honest and disciplined
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
