JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting
• Age 28–35 years old
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position
• Fluent in English is a must
• Available for immediate employment
• Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work in a team and independently

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Record daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and payments.
• Operate and manage accounting systems such as MYOB, Accurate, or other customized systems to ensure accurate financial records and reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collection and payment.
• To prepare bank book and input bank transactions into General Ladger.
• Provide necessary documents and support during internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure confidentiality.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• To file the export and import documents.
• To understand how to record item into General Ledger in Finance and Accounting field
• To check the list transactions in weekly basis
