JOB SUMMARY: 
 

• Conduct a review of transactions/Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly transactions (including journals)
• Perform verification, reconciliation, and analysis of the amount of taxes paid and reported
• Provide monthly information and analysis for the Strategic Management Team
• Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs, and variances
• Responsible for whole accounting & tax matter
• Provide the direction for all corporate financial functions 
• Handle, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure the organization’s financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines
• Producing on-time and accurate monthly and YTD reports; BS; P&L; Cashflow and Profitability analysis.
• Manage annual audit with external auditor.
• Ensure compliance to local statutory, finance, and tax regulations.
• Maintaining close relationship with other departments and branch, and ensure understanding and validity of financial information.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

 
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
 

• Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
   
• Language: Able to speak and write in English & Fluent in Japanese (min. having JLPT N2 or JLPT N1)
   
• Experience: Min. 2 years experience in Accounting & tax
   
• Able to operate Ms. Office (expert in Ms. Excel)
