Overview Role Responsibility:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Accountant to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Transactions Revenue Accountant and a Marketing Cost Controller.

• You will calculate transactions revenue for the whole group, including regions such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Papua New Guinea.
• You will initiate, create, and implement a revenue dashboard for Cambodia.
• You will manage and oversee the budget and expenditures of marketing activities with the following primary tasks:
• Cost tracking and analysis: Tracking marketing expenses to ensure they are within the allocated budget, and analyzing costs and expenditures to identify trends and Variancies.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and reconciliation: Preparing reports on marketing spend, comparing actual expenses to budgeted amounts, and explaining variancies.
• Invoice and payment management: Reviewing and processing invoices related to marketing activities, ensuring timely payment to vendors, and managing payment schedules.
• Cross-departmental coordination: Coordinating and collaborating with the marketing team, finance, and other departments.
• Providing regular updates to the marketing team on marketing expenditures and budget.

• An analytical thinker: Excels at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years working experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
