Qualifications:

• Age: Preferably below 30 years old.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar accounting position.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including skills in VLookup, Pivot Table, Conditional Formula, and managing Spreadsheets.
• Experience with accounting software systems.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Good communication skills and high level of motivation.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with an organized and efficient work method.
• Must be trustworthy with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Posting daily transactions in accordance with the assigned Chart of Accounts (COA).
• Maintaining accurate accounting records, including bank reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers.
• Developing monthly and annual Financial Reports for review by the Management.
• Preparing payments by accruing expenses and assigning account numbers as necessary.
• Preparing and analyzing data for balance sheets, cash flow reports, and income statements.
• Analyzing current procedures and recommending changes to develop and implement best practice accounting procedures.
• Maintaining and updating accounting records and files.
