Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounting Manager di tempat usaha PT Simplefi Teknologi Indonesia (Jakarta) untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Role

AwanTunai is looking for an Accounting Manager who will oversee financial activities, develop budget strategies, and maintain accurate records to facilitate the company’s financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the financial accounting, reporting (management and statutory reports), month end closing process, reconciliation and consolidation
  2. Manage daily accounting activities to ensure compliance, accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions and reports in the company
  3. Understand local regulations in accounting and taxation
  4. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual report to internal and external reporting
  5. Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
  6. Provide variable contribution analysis, cost vs benefit, forecasting, budgeting
  7. Participate in discussion about activities and project with the business partners and to ensure all finance aspects have been properly incorporated and assessed
  8. Giving insight prior management decision making related to data in finance and others
  9. Propose and review improvements in accounting, business processes and procedures

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a well-known university, major in Accounting.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in middle to senior accounting position, preferably in the financial sector industry.
  3. Preferably a CPA, mixed experience between big 4 and financial industry.
  4. Solid hands-on experience in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for multiple stakeholders (BI, OJK, investors, management, etc.)
  5. Solid hands-on experience in budget forecasting, monitoring and controlling and its communication across the functions
  6. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated business acumen and commercial insight and ability in developing a team.
  7. Solid understanding in accounting and financial standards.
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment.
  9. Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  10. Leads by example, demonstrates strong work ethic, has initiative and is a self-starter skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving, a creative thinker
  11. Well organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail; follows through on multiple projects and juggles conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment; sets and meets deadline
