Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounting Manager di perusahaan PT Plaza Auto Mega untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

JOB DESC :
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
