Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounting Manager di perusahaan PT Mowilex Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the team responsible for on schedule financial reporting, collections and budget preparation
Maintain and develop sound accounting policies to assure accuracy and internal controls
Develop analytic templates to monitor costs and expense reporting across the organization, analyze and report based on financial accounting and managerial accounting basis by product, segment and territory financial performance
Ensure quality control on accounting policies in accordance with IFRS & Indonesia GAAP
Assure both central and branch operations comply with financial policies
Develop one-off financial models for forecasting, including but not limited to multi-year plan, product pricing structure, cost allocation, etc.
Maintain and as needed develop processes to assure accurate data and accurate transaction capture in system of records / ERP
Manage and lead staff, develop staff skills
Collaborate with external and internal audit as required.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned, including but not limited to participating in work groups, committees, and improvement projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting.
Manufacturing or MNC background will be preferred, trading company or consultant background can also be considered
Recognized professional qualification (qualified accountant: CA or CPA certified)
Familiar with ERP system and application
Fluent in English both oral and written is highly desired by not required
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
Certified in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen or similar methodologies highly desired.
