Skill yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Selain itu untuk syarat yang perusahaan inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

The candidate should have the following criteria:
- Possessed Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in related field
- Minimal 12 years in experience in accounting especially COSTING area, with minimal 3 years experience in managerial level
- Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firm would be an advantage
- High familiarity and skill in SAP Module (FI & CO)
- Good grasp of accounting and finance knowledge
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- Good analytical and interpretation skills with eye for details and process orientation with strong data management skills
- Good communication, interpersonal skill, self-starter, result oriented and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- All around team player with positive “can-do” mentality
- Able to effectively communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Willing to placed in Merak
Job Desc :
- In charge for all end to end plant’s COSTING activities and ensure the system/SAP closing run smoothly.
- Responsible for general accounting function, includes monthly closing processes, CAPEX, costing, management reporting, etc.
- Ensure compliance of policies and procedures (internal controls) to protect company assets.
- Maintain operability of computer system (SAP) as required. Involved in validating/designing suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met.
- Coordinates Work relating to both internal and external audits in periodic review of the company financial records.
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Review and update on internal Accounting Policy and prevailing Accounting Standards

In 1990, four companies – BP Chemicals Investments Limited (BP), Mitsui $ Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation and PT. Arseto Petrokimia formed PT. Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo (PT.PENI) to manufacture polyethylene at a 36-hectare site in Merak, Cilegon in Banten Province. PT. PENI with a production capacity of 450 KTA (kilo tones per annum) became Indonesia’s First and Largest polyethylene producer.
Polyethylene (PE) is one of the world’s most widely used polymers and PE products are easily found in our dauly lives; raging from simple basic shopping bags to food containers and a host of other sophisticated products. As a safe and non-toxic product, polyethylene is ideal for aily usage where hygiene and safety are priorites especially in hospitals, laboratories and other contaminant-sensitive areas. In these environments polyethelene is used in items like syringes, tubes, catheres and fluid bags. In Marc 2006, PT.PENI was acquired by Malaysia-based Titan Chemicals Corp. Bhd. In 2008, Titan Chemical Corp. Sdn. Bhd. acquired PT. Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri, Tbk (FPNI) and put PT. PENI as subsidiary of FPNI. FPNI was changed the name to PT. Titan Kimia Nusantara, Tbk and PT. PENI become PT. TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara. In July 2010, Malaysia Titan Chemical Corp was acquired by Lotte Chemical, the core company of the Lotte Group’s Chemical Division.
