JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree from Finance / Accounting
2. Experienced at least 5 Years in related field
3. Able to work as individual or in a team
4. Have good interpersonal and managerial skill
5. Familiar with SAP Program / other accounting system
6. Have a good knowledge of tax regulation & accounting
7. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
8. Proficient with Microsoft especially Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Monitoring all financial activitie and tightening of marketing program control to avoid over budget
2. Create and deliver accurate management accounts and relevant management reports before the deadline
3. Prepare and Supporting for company financial package report
4. Speed up completion of tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal
5. Manage daily activities of the acounting members to quickly and accurately record the revenues (including, but not limited to, cash recinciliations, check runs, accounting receivable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, taxation, etc)
6. Prepare document for tax audit, external / internal audit
7. Oversee report such as A/P aging, and COGM report
8. Maintain communication and coordination with all related parties associated with the accounting activity
9. Managing and support all operation activity efficiently
10. Any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
