Job Description:

1. Proficient in Indonesian PSAK accounting standards, developed the company’s accounting management standards, reviewed the posting in SAP system to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting, and issued the company’s monthly financial reports according to Indonesian accounting standards, and regularly reported to leaders.

2. Responsible for connecting with external financial audit institutions, providing annual audit or special audit information, and cooperating with the institutions to complete the preparation of annual audit report or special audit report.

3. Timely pay attention to the changes of the national PSAK accounting standards in Indonesia, and the changes related to the relevant business of the company, give practical feedback and propose solutions.

4. Work with the tax manager on customs checks, tax audits, pricing transfer documents and related matters.

5. To organize the registration and management of the company’s fixed assets and inventory. Handle the financial review procedures for the purchase, transfer and scrapping of fixed assets, and correctly calculate depreciation.

6. Conduct professional training and guidance for the staff.

7. Conduct monthly and annual evaluation of the subordinate accounting staff  according to their job responsibilities, and report to leaders for approval.

8. Other post related affairs arranged by the leader.

Qualifications:

1, under 40 years old, bachelor degree or above in accounting , master’s degree is preferred, familiar with Indonesian PSAK standards;

2, 3 years or more working experience as accounting manager in electrical or electronic industry, familiar with factory management processes and accounting methods;

3, accounting software experience, familiar with SAP software is preferred;

4, have a certain English communication ability;

5, Provide competitive salary, negotiable.
