Main Role

1. Ensure correctness, completeness All Financial Recording and Reporting (Group Report, Statutory Report, Management Report, other related External Report) on time and in timely manner according to Indonesia GAAP, IFRS and Group Accounting Policy
2. Managing Financial Activities, ensure it complies to Group Internal Control Policy, improve process to be leaner and effectives.  
3. Maintain, Control and Improves Company’s FCF by provide initiatives, control and coordination with cross function in organization.
4. Maintaining internal controls according to Group Internal Control Policy, process improvement and other best practices.
5. Support Business by providing financial analysis and advise on improvement.
6. Create, monitor, and evaluate financial systems in the organizations, propose systems improvement and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all monthly closing and reporting on time.
2. Support in preparing Financial Analysis related especially in Balance Sheet Accounts, and give advice for improvement.
3. Ensure statutory reporting, annual reporting and all other statutory reporting.
4. Ensure internal control and Minimum control standard are implemented.
5. Ensure all Accounting standards are followed and implemented. 
6. Control and compliances.
7. Control GLJE and General ledger.
8. Prepare Sub ledger and GL reconciliation for Balance Sheet accounts.
9. Manage all accruals and provision.
10. Support quarter and annual forecast and budget preparation and analysis.
11. Support in FCF and working capital improvement and analysis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. 3-5 years audit experience in any Big 4 Audit firm 
2. 2-3 years experience in any manufacturing company.
3. Experience of integrated ERP systems, ideally with end-to-end business process (Order to Cash, Purchasing to Payable and others).
4. Experience in handling CSA/ internal audit.
5. Ability to work independently with close coordination with other finance team members and other functional leads. 
6. Excellent skills MS Excel, Power point and Access
7. Ability to influence colleagues and drive change to ensure improvements are embedded in the business.
8. Graduation /Post Graduation in Accounting /Finance.
