Role Summary:
As the Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you’ll lead the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory standards across our global operations. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop financial strategies, analyze performance, and optimize cost efficiency while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local and international accounting standards. Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Oversee the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with business goals. Identify and address variances.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. Optimize cash flow management.
Taxation & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, preparing accurate tax returns and managing audits. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting global operations.
Internal Controls & Audits:
Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance. Coordinate internal and external audits.
Payroll Management:
Supervise payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and timely payments to employees.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Cost Management & Optimization:
Analyze operational costs, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with management, external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Age: Max 32 years
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in finance or accounting roles, with supervisory experience preferred. Experience in international operations or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Education: Minimum S1 degree with a 3.00 GPA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA certification, or Brevet A/B/C.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Sheets). Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting principles.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws, international financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
