Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Accounting Clerk di kantor PT AQS Group Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jawa Tengah dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.200.000 - Rp 3.500.000.

This position will be responsible to the Accounting Manager

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  2. Proven accounting experience, preferably as bookkeeper, AR Clerk, or AP Clerk.
  3. Basic knowledge in bookkeeping, other accounting procedures, and tax principles
  4. Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  5. Aptitude for numbers
  6. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  8. Fast learner and achiever
  9. Basic English is required
  10. Energetic and dynamic personality
  11. Preferably living in Semarang area

Job Description:

  1. Handles petty cash payments
  2. Prepares daily payment vouchers and payment report for approval
  3. Executes general ledger postings for recurrent transactions
  4. Maintains cash and bank reports
  5. Consolidates cash and bank reports
  6. Handles invoices, receipts, and account statements
  7. Communicates payment matters and payment statuses with other team members and suppliers
  8. Processes recurrent bill payment and ensures on-time payment
  9. Files accounting records and maintains other accounting databases
  10. Occasionally develops/prepares other accounting reports as per requirements
