Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem untuk posisi Accounting Assistant di kantor Novade Solutions untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

What you will be doing

1) Accounting

  • Data entry and processing of transactions and accounting journal entries.

2) Corporate Credit Card matters.

  • Gather documentation on payments through 2 credit cards & prepare the listing.

3) Accounts payable and receivable

Processing of vendors’ invoices which includes:

  • Distributing invoices for approval
  • Coding of invoices and expenses and data entry into accounting system/ General Ledger
  • Prepare bank transfers for payments to vendors
  • Processing of transfers and ad hoc payments.
  • Checking customer receipts and ensure accurate updating into the Order Entry system

4) Payroll

  • Processing of Consultant invoices
  • Processing of monthly payroll using Talenox
  • Organising payment for payroll and Consultant Fees through GIRO and other means.

5) Processing claims

  • Check expense reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy and compliance to policy
  • Other accounting-related tasks related to staff claims
  • Computation of regular monthly payments such as license fees, sales commissions
  • Sales Operations
  • Providing information required by Sales Ops such as company and banking data for new account openings
  • Updating sales team on customer payments

What you need for this position

  • Result-driven, initiative and get things done.
  • Ability to learn
  • Funny enough to crack some jokes (good communication, presentation skills)
  • Knowledge Microsoft products
  • Experience using XERO preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce – good to have not compulsory

We will consider in priority candidates with the following attributes

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting-related roles.
  • Meticulous
  • Able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Comfortable with remote working
