Job Descriptions :

Accounting Ability

• Having extensive understanding in accounting, financial flow, financial statements & also having ability to perform financial analysis.
• Prepare, Manage & Closing Monthly & yearly report on time such as Financial Statement & etc.
• Responsible for journal and reconciliation of financial data precisely
• Committed team player, proven ability to meet the datelines and exceed the goals which are targeted
• Correspond with finance department and management, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
• Handle Inventory Audits

TAX Ability

• Having Good understanding, Familiar & having excellent knowledge of Indonesia tax regulation & calculation.
• Having excellent knowledge of tax compliance and ability to prepare corporate income tax and all taxes reports ( monthly SPT, annual SPT, E-tax, Pph 21, Pph 23, Pph 25/29, Pph 4(2), Pph badan, Ppn & etc
•  Prepare and review monthly and annual tax reporting
• Ensure all tax payments and tax reporting on time
• Ensure that the company transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Support strategic tax planning to minimize risks and optimize tax costs
• Support in tax audit, tax objection, tax appeal, judicial review process and work with the consultant team to provide equalization, required documentation, and information to tax authorities
• Ensure all the tax documents are filled according to the government’s regulation and corporate requirement
• Accurately prepare tax returns in a timely manner and handle all information data requests
• Maintain tax reconciliation, tax balances on the general ledger including preparing tax provision
• Prepare annual tax and reconcile tax
• Handle Inventory Audits, tax audits and tax consultancy
• Ensure tax compliance with tax regulations for all taxes (VAT, WHT, etc)
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements

Requirements:

• Ready for Immediate work or at least 2 weeks notice.
• Age Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation/ Accountancy
• Have Brevet A,B, and C
• Have good knowledge of tax practice & regulation
• Having minimum 5 years of working experience as Tax & Accounting Manager
• Experience in SAP/ERP Programs
• Able to analyze financial statements related to tax account
• Self-motivated individual and able to work well independently as well as the ability to work well and communicate with the team and stakeholders.
• Have good leadership & teamwork
• Experienced in tax audit assist, SP2DK response, and other tax disputes assist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ready to work in CIKARANG

Tahap pertama akan ada Test Tertulis yang menguji kemampuan accounting dan tax, apabila hasil tes memenuhi skor , kandidat akan lalu dipanggil untuk menghadiri intervew offline.
