This position will be based in Jarkata, Indonesia and reporting to Singapore HQ. Our Indonesia local entity is called PT Rxilient Medical Indonesia. (Address: Jl. Rawa Gelam V Blok L kav. 11-13, Kawasan Industri Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta 13930, Indonesia)
Job Summary
· Ensures that accurate accounting transactions and records are kept by standard practices
· Ensure that month-end closing is completed on a timely manner
· Prepare and submit journal entries, month-end reconciliations and balance sheet schedules for review
· Prepare and submit financial reports and reporting package for review
· Prepare future cash flows forecast and provide periodic financial analysis for review
· Monitor budget performance and expenditure control
· Verify employees expenses claims
· Liaise with tax agent and ensure the monthly/yearly tax return is prepare, submit and report on timely manner
· Support in accounting system implementation and process improvement
· Liaise with external auditors and manage their enquiries/requests
· Any other duties assigned
Requirements
· Minimum diploma in Accountancy and/or Finance
· At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in accounting and/or auditing
· Sound knowledge of accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements.
· Independent, meticulous, and good team player
· Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office
· Self-Motivated, pro-active, eager to learn and good attitude is a must
· Meticulous and strong attention to detail, and be committed to delivering high quality work
· Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate well with all levels and across organization boundaries
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is required as the role will have to communicate with key and other stakeholders within the organisation (in Singapore). Mandarin would be a plus.
