About the Role

Apex Property Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to oversee all financial and HR administration processes within our growing company. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, and support the team with accurate and timely reporting.

We are looking for someone reliable who is committed to long-term growth with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management

    • Prepare and maintain profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

    • Oversee bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.

    • Ensure all company and client financial records are up to date and compliant.

  • Payroll & HR

    • Manage monthly payroll for all staff.

    • Prepare and maintain employee contracts and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

    • Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, contract renewals, and employee records.

  • Tax & Compliance

    • Handle monthly and annual tax reporting (VAT, PPh, etc.) for the company and clients as required.

    • Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial and labor laws.

  • Insurance & BPJS

    • Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, reporting, and contributions.

    • Ensure all employees are properly covered and up to date.

  • Contracts & Administration

    • Draft, review, and maintain property management agreements with villa owners.

    • Prepare and manage rental contracts (both long-term and short-term).

    • Support the management team with other legal and administrative documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant, Senior Accountant, or Finance Manager in Indonesia.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, labor laws, contracts, and BPJS administration.

  • Hands-on experience with payroll, contracts, and HR processes.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Accurate, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.

  • A stable track record and long-term career orientation.
