DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs daily sales taking, collection and reconciliation, manage accounts payable & receivable (invoices, payments, collections), preparation of journals.

2. Manage proper filing and documentation works, ensure all other accounting records are updated and databases are filed accordingly.

3. Handles fixed assets, update monthly depreciation and ensure tagging for each fixed asset.

4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, income statement and balance sheet schedules, as well as other reconciliations such as AR/AP/Inter-companies.

5. Assisting in daily cash-counting and monthly stock-take exercise.

6. Preparation of payment and verification of invoices/staff claims are supported with original copy of documents before processing.

7. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and prompt payments within credit term.

8. Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient funds to meet daily operations requirement.

9. Prepare and file periodic tax reports (VAT, withholding tax, etc.), reconciliations and estimations in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

10. Assist in month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting and responsible for accuracy and timely close of entities assigned, ensuring compliance to relevant accounting standards.

11. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial queries and other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 to 5 years of working experience, handling full set of accounts

• Possess LCCI/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accountancy of equivalent.

• Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in accounting software Xero will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK.

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• Able to handle work pressure and meet deadlines, proactive, resourceful, reliable, strong analytical skills, high commitment, good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

• Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
