Job Descriptions:

• Do daily up-to-date billing system 
• Checking daily revenue and create sales reports.
• Running bank reconciliation.
• Responsible to making invoices, tax invoice, payment receipt, and input to Accurate system
• Recap all tax art 4(2)
• Monitoring customer detail accounts for non-payment or overdue payments are paid correctly by the buyers or tenants
• Making the revenue analysis and report it to Manager and Director every week about the outstanding bills
• Negotiate with the tenants or debitur about the problems about the payment process
• Calculate the NPV’s to make the decision about the gimmicks or discount requested by Sales person and/or Marketing team
• Responsible about making the SPU, PPJB, Credit Agreement, Bank Agreement, AJB, Contractual Agreement, Rental Contract, and other legal documents needed, and ensure the process runs smoothly
• Making the data analysis about the prospective customers who came into the Marketing Gallery (the sources, the SES, the marketing costs to leads or appointment, and others) and then report it to the BOD’s or BOC’s meeting weekly and monthly

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA. 3.00
• Having minimum of 3 years experience in AR. Preferably from Hospitality Industry.
• Able to use Accurate will be an advantage.
• Having good communication skills and detail oriented.
• Proficient speaking in English will be an advantage.
