We’re searching for 2 roles: Account Payable & Account Receivable (Contract Based)

As Account Payable, you control Account Payable process and ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner. In your role, you will register, control and administer the accounts payable with the company’s suppliers in order to settle the services provided by them in their favor in a timely manner. 

Day to day responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable Management: Handle end-to-end accounts payable process, including receiving and verifying invoices, coding expenses, and processing payments to vendors and suppliers.
2. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Checks all accounting documents, tax invoices, and contracts, to comply with company & tax regulations.
3. Expense Reimbursement: Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
4. Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment-related inquiries and discrepancies in a professional manner.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance accounts payable and banking processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

As Account Receivable, you maintain Accounts Receivables records, reports, systems and procedures which will adequately protect all interests related to the business.

Day to day responsibilities:

1. Communication with responsible marketing administrator to ensure that all  supporting documents for export sales are accurately and timely submitted to the A /R officer for further processing and recording
2. Review all data input prepared by team members for export and OWC trade receivables and non-trade receivables including settlement
3. Maintain and update customer and vendor master files
4. Prepare debtors report and aging schedule for cash management and control purposes
5. Check the SOP data transfer (domestic sales transactions) to ensure that all of the monthly transactions have been properly included in SAP system. Then reconcile the SAP data with monthly domestic sales report prepared by the Business Controllers

Your qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Having minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable/account receivable, banking operations, or finance-related roles
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
4. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
5. Preferably having experience in using SAP system
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
8. Willing to work in BSD
