Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:
– Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
– Code invoices with appropriate general ledger account codes.
– Input invoices into the accounting system for payment processing.

Payment Processing:
– Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH transfers and checks.
– Match payments with corresponding invoices and obtain necessary approvals.
– Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Vendor Management:
– Maintain vendor files and ensure all information is up to date.
– Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

Reconciliation:
– Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
– Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
– Prepare month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Reporting:
– Generate regular reports on accounts payable aging, outstanding invoices, and payment status.
– Provide analysis and insights into accounts payable metrics to management as needed.

Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
– Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

– Max 30 years old
– Proven experience working in accounts payable or a similar role.
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

– Conduct urgent payment (Adhoc by instruction)
– Collect progress percentage from site supervisor to update payment to Vendor
– Maintain Fix Asset list.
