Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Account Payable Assistant Manager di kantor PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Review AP invoice detail calculation and ensure document completeness (includes comparing last month vs this month usage, rate, etc.) and consult with Business Development team if there is any rate increment
- Ensure all tax invoices are submitted to tax team in a timely manner
- Ensure all rental deposits are collected completely and timely when store is closed down
- Create payment schedule for budget submission to management to ensure budget is allocated and payment to vendors is executed on time
- Negotiate with landlords finance team on invoice and tax invoices issue as well as payment plan to avoid electricity cutoff, etc.
- Provide required data/documents for the purpose of financial audit/tax audit
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree from Accounting/Management, or any equivalent major
- Experience – At least min 5 years in related experience or any similar role
- Special skills – Basic function of SAP, Ms. Excel, and intermediate in English
