Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Account Payable (AP) di tempat usaha PT Samudera Caraka Jasa untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Hutang Usaha (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Check bookings to estimate the outflow by weekly.
  • Check shipment to request invoice or bill to the liner, carrier, or vendor.
  • Generate and update domestic and import shipments.
  • Update the invoice from the liner, carrier, vendor, or agent in magaya according to costing.
  • Request payment to treasury for liner, carrier, vendor, or agent invoices daily.
  • Email proof of payment to the receivers.
  • Check the SOA of all liner, carrier, vendor, or agent invoices that have credit term facilities for payment scheduling, according to invoices received both from the web and email and from the ops team.
  • follow up email if there is an dispute invoice.
  • Request additional invoices according to team requests.
  • Check the status of bills and shipments in magaya.
  • Follow up on BL, which is pending release.
  • Create a schedule of finance for messenger to send every day.
  • Create, update, and settle the cash advance.
  • Create an invoice for additional charges.
  • Create a payment release in magaya according to the billing invoice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 degree (diploma) majoring in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum experience 2 years of experience as a Billing/Invoicing in freight forwarding company is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Having good motivation and teamwork.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Excel/Word/Internet/Email).
