Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Account Manager / Sales (Mojokerto, Gresik, Surabaya) di kantor Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk., PT untuk domisili Jakarta Raya, Gresik, Mojokerto, Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk syarat yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

What You Will Do:

Perform approaching new clients (B2B) by sourcing potential clients, understanding client needs, and prospecting intensely to ensure the company targets are achieved.
Build a professional relationship by maintaining communication with clients regularly to ensure that all client needs are fulfilled.
Collaborate and coordinate with respective stakeholders to monitor and ensure all financial processes such billing, project hold, unbilled & collection running smoothly and in a timely.
Perform negotiation with respective parties to increase sales and profit.
Maintain database clients both new and/or existing neatly by grouping based on priority level and business orientation
Perform competitor analysis by identifying their market, strength, weakness, method, customer, and any other information that can be used for evaluation material to maintain competitiveness.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Assist the Superior duties when needed to ensure the business running well.

What You Will Need:

Minimum Diploma’s Degree in any major.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
High achievers & diligently looking for new clients.
Strong computer, internet, and Excel skills.
Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Product knowledge, persuasive, & negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
