ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Introducing and marketing new products by developing integrated time plans with sales, advertising and production.
The Requirements:
• Female.
• Attractive and good looking.
• Maximum age of 30 years.
• Minimum education University degree in all majors with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Have at least 1-2 years’ experience as an Account Manager in hardware and software IT Products.
• Mastering specificity in the management and mastery of certain Customers / Accounts in selected areas, namely: Government, BUMN, Industry, Financial and Transportation.
• Having at least 1 default account.
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Team player and requires Leadership skills.
• Work on a team or individual basis and are ready to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Good communication skills with all levels.
• Willing to be on duty and do official trips out of town.
• Mature, honest, energetic, confident, hard work and creative.
• Responsible, thorough and disciplined.
• Having high COMMITMENT and INTEGRITY of work.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Placement in Jakarta.
• Able to work as soon as possible.
