As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the key players in water treatment. You will work closely with the sales and technical team to identify new business opportunities and help drive growth in the targeted markets such as factories, and other industry who has water treatment or waste water treatment facilities.

Our client is a leading chemical company, specialising in the manufacture and supply of speciality chemical that focusing on providing solution for waste water treatment. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team and help them grow the business.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing key players in waste-water treatment industry
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to identify areas for improvement and ensure that their needs are being met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

Profile

Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organisational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.

Other key requirements include:

• A minimum 6 years experience as sales or marketing manager within the chemical industry
• Degree in Chemical engineering is a must
• Preferably somebody who has experience in handling waste-water treatment industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
