As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the key players in the waste water treatment industry. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and help drive growth in our target markets.

Client Details

Our client is a leading chemical company, specialising in the manufacture and supply of waste water treatment solution. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help us grow the business.

Description

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts in Serang and Cilegon area
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base in waste water treatment industry
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to identify areas for improvement and ensure that their needs are being met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

Profile

Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organisational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.

Other key requirements include:

• A minimum 6 years experience as sales or marketing manager within chemical industry
• Degree in Chemical engineering from reputable university
• Preferably also with at least 3 years experiences in Waste water treatment industry
• Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
• Willingness to travel outside Jakarta
