Job Description:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our Baremetal product business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Baremetal product by prospecting and qualifying new leads, and managing a sales pipeline to close new business.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, including product demos, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including collaborating with our technical teams to ensure the proper technical support and resources are in place for the customer.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by managing a sales quota, forecasting sales, and meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, and provide feedback to the marketing team for go-to-market planning and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Baremetal product and its features, as well as the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide proactive solutions to ensure their continued success with our Baremetal product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the data center or technology industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
