About the role

Exquise Patisserie Cake & Coffee is seeking a talented and driven Account Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our premium baked goods and coffee products.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively manage and nurture existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to grow sales and deepen partnerships

• Actively prospect for new business opportunities, generating leads and pitching our products and services to prospective clients

• Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of orders

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to promote the Exquise Patisserie brand

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and annual business plans

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales and account experience, preferably within the food and beverage retail industry, specifically cake shop or patisseries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally within the food & beverage sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Well groomed and presentable appearance
