As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts, fostering relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Understand complex business problems and propose effective solutions to clients.
• Drive business development efforts and contribute to expanding our client base.
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Demonstrate self-starting initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with clients on-site (WFO) to address their needs and provide value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive/Salesperson in the IT Consultant business.
• Strong understanding of the complete sales process and experience with full sales cycles.
• Previous experience in an IT company or selling IT products is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete vaccination with a minimum of the second dose.
• Ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on-site (WFO) as required.

Desired Skills:

• Good general business knowledge, including Standard Operating Procedures.
• Proficiency in presenting information to customers in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Active, proactive, disciplined, and highly motivated approach to work.
• Knowledge and understanding of IT concepts is a plus.
• Prior experience with tendering processes.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality.
• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
• Comfortable working in a multi-tasking and challenging environment.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
