Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and responsive communication.
• Assist in the administrative aspects of client projects, including project scheduling, coordination, and documentation. Ensure projects progress according to plan and that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Work closely with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and relay information to the relevant teams within the organization to facilitate product or service improvements.
• Continuously monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate records, updated contact information, and other relevant details. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the course of the client relationship.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams as needed to resolve more complex issues.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of seamless service to clients.
• Regularly update clients on project status, account information, and new offerings. Share performance reports and insights to demonstrate the value of the company’s products or services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress. Generate reports and summaries as required to evaluate project and account performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in account management, client services, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in using standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to client relationship management.
