Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Account Executive (B2B Tech) di perusahaan Impactfirst untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan berikan cukup bersaing tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

About the Job
As our Account Executive, your main goals are:
- Increase outbound-approach lead conversion
- Increase client retention rate
- Provide the right solution to solve real business problems
This team is responsible to help our clients and partners to identify ways to improve their processes of digitalization and provide solution-approaches to business problems they are facing along the way. Business Development & Partnership will also contribute to giving insights for company’s growth and product development by providing data from Industry updates, market trends and customer behavior.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly from diverse backgrounds. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.
Responsibilities
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing account (business owners and other decision makers)
- Become a product expert – have a deep understanding on our industry and solutions, laying out business value of product offering
- Provide detailed progress and data driven analysis that contain insights and plan suggestions
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional team – develop strategic outbound & inbound target lists and strategies for initiate short and long-term actionable business plans
- Determine the most effective approach to pursue new business opportunities and possibilities for product enhancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with min GPA 3.5 out of 4.00 from any field
- Min 2 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Growth, Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role in tech industry
- Experienced in B2B tech market in a startup tech company are preferred
- Passionate about improving business through software and data
- Deep understanding of business process from the following industry: manufacturing, wholesaler distribution
- Dependable with excellent adaptability, data-driven, startup, growth mindset and think outside the box
- Good communication skills
