Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AREA JAWA TIMUR (AE-JATIM) di tempat usaha PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya untuk daerah Surabaya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun syarat yang kita inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AREA JAWA TIMUR (AE-JATIM)

Qualifications:

  • Age below 28 years old
  • Graduate from Pharmacy or Chemical or Biology or Biochemical or Biotechnology or Public Health from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
  • Having positive mental attitude, self driven, result oriented, and teachable
  • Having good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Having skill to identify problem and think analytically to create solution / added value.
  • Having knowledge on Computer, Internet and MS Office
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Having “A” driving license
  • Having working experience in sales/marketing or organization experience during education would be an advantage.
  • Domiciled in Surabaya

The intention of official position

Achieving sales targets by increasing existing transactions/business volumes as well as acquiring new customers in the geographical area of ​​responsibility.

Main Responsibilities & Activities

  • Achieving sales targets in the geographical area for which they are responsible by increasing the value/volume of transactions
  • Get new customers for products owned by PT. Sumbermitra Agungjaya
  • Develop knowledge about customers (customer knowledge) and prospective customers in the geographical area that is their responsibility, such as knowledge about the organizational structure of the hospital/lab concerned, the business situation there, and their needs in line with their business development activities/plans.
  • Build long-term good relationships with customers through quality and continuous business visits
  • Always analyze the situation of customer business developments/changes in the area including competitor activities in order to develop dynamic sales strategies to obtain/enlarge transactions/sales volume.
  • Carry out sales and marketing activities with a focus and orientation on tangible results.
  • Develop knowledge and skills in the field of sales/marketing on an ongoing basis such as product knowledge, communication skills, skills in building relationships with other people, selling skills and negotiating skills.
  • Strive for good cooperation with other departments in PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya (Technical Support Officer, Customer Service, Administration & Finance, and Warehouse & Distribution) to maintain and improve service to customers and prospect customers.

  • Successfully achieve sales targets in the geographical area for which they are responsible.
  • Able to increase the value/volume of transactions and business volume with existing customers of PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya.
  • Able to get new customers for products owned by PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya.
  • Have knowledge about existing customers in the geographical area that is their responsibility, such as knowledge of the organizational structure and functional customer/prospect, customer/prospect business situation, and customer/prospect’s needs/desires in line with their business development activities/plans.
  • Have a good long-term relationship with customers in the geographical area for which they are responsible.
  • Able to develop dynamic sales strategies & tactics based on the situation of customer/prospect business developments/changes in the area including competitor activities.
