Job Description Summary

• Ensure all activities for acclimatization run well.

Job Description:

• Determining criteria and selecting plants that are ready to be removed from acclimatization to preconditioning or estates or estate of PT SMART
• Ensure all purchases for acclimatization need within budget
• Review the schedule and amounts for the expenditure of the ramet to the Dept. Head
• Ensure all activities in Acclimatization run according to procedure
• To supervise and coordinate the procurement of tools and materials
• Carry out Green House (acclimatization), pre-nursery-data collection
• Supervising in-out ramet flow
• Supervise the discard ramet and reject and destruction of the ramet
• Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
• Within the scope of its staffs to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company.
• Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis.

Job requirement:

• Minimum Master Degree (S2) 4 majoring Agronomy / Soil Sains
• Min GPA 3.0
• Having a good knowledge in Aclimatization
• Placement in Sentul (Bogor)
