Job Summary:

  • Academic & Research Associate Manageris responsible to coordinate and guarantee effective process implementation in Academic & Research in order to obtaineffective academic process in BINUS @Campus
  • Academic & Research Associate Manageris responsible to guarantee effective Lecturer and Student research activities as well as community development programs implementation in BINUS @Campus, in order to obtain active Lecturer and Student Research activities as well as community development program that will have positive impact to community 
  • Ensure the accomplishment of sustainable community development target in BINUS University
  • Guarantee the growth and improve opportunities for voluntary services
  • Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • Provide excellent services for students or other stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Research, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Senior level or 6 years of experience in academic administration, research management, or a related role within an educational institution
  • Prior experience in community development programs and voluntary service management is highly desirable
  • Experience in working with academic staff and students in an educational or research environment
  • Collaboration & Teamwork Ability to foster a cooperative working environment and build strong relationships with various departments and stakeholders
  • Research & Academic Expertise: Understanding of academic research processes and methodologies
