We place an emphasis on Verbal Behavior which is often seen as an adjunct to ABA-VB attempts to capture a child’s motivation to develop a connection between the value of a word and the word itself, which ensures that the child with autism truly understands what he has learned. Together with other technical refinements, the VB approach can bridge some of the gaps seen in traditional ABA programming by promoting more flexible and dynamic learning experiences.

We are Looking for:

Bright and Motivated individuals to join our growing team. No experience required – We will provide all training and support to help you be successful in this role! This position provides a great learning opportunity and is incredibly rewarding in assisting children with developmental difficulties improve their social, communication, and behavioral abilities in overcoming their challenges and achieving their goals! You will be working in dynamic environments and carry out behavior programs and you are provided with a great team of leaders, peers and direct support staff.
