Job Title: English Teacher

Our school is seeking an experienced and motivated English Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from various grade levels, designing lesson plans, grading assignments, and providing support to students as they develop their language and literacy skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to students in various grade levels
  • Design lesson plans that are engaging, creative, and aligned with the school’s curriculum standards
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and assessments
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress and performance
  • Incorporate technology and other innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective school-wide programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education or a related field
  • Teaching certification or relevant experience in English education
  • Strong content knowledge of English and experience teaching it to students of various levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with technology and other teaching tools to enhance student learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to achieve common goals
