Job Function :

Assist of Project/Gov’t Procurement Manager in organizing, planning and implementing the operations of OEM sales and activity.

Job Description :

• Create annual sales plan and activity for OEM and monitor, evaluate and analyze progress of OEM sales and activity.
• Maintain relationships with OEM and MOA by regular visit and tele-conversation
• Collect market information and sales prospecting through visiting central and local MOA
• Negotiate and give recommendations to OEM to use Yanmar product with OEM product application.
• Track the daily status of OEM orders, delivery and payment.
• Give suggest if find new prospect OEM to selling Yadin product.
• Give activity program and promotion support to get product certificate of Yanmar and OEM application
• Monitor the competitor movement and propose for the action plan.
• Arrange promotion support through service activity,gathering , exhibition and demo product joint with OEM
• Cooperate with other Yadin member, YPD member and department for optimal business result as a whole company.
• Any other duties within OEM Development as assigned by Management.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mechanical engineering or Agriculture machinery or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and 3 years at supervisory level.
• Prior experience in Agriculture Machinery will be an advance
• Have a knowledge of Government tender, e-procurement, etc
• Good networking, strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
• Creative, diligent, highly motivated, able to work in individually or as a team.
• Willing to travel to remote places all over indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with customers
• The ability to make sound decisions, include on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions; customer satisfaction and the ability to think through and rationalize decisions.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and customer service goals
• Professional attitude, ability to be proactive, anticipate and prioritize required actions
• Result driven, high sense of integrity and transparency
• Excellent / Good skills in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and Power Point )
• Has good knowledge and prior experience in implementing standard operating procedures workflows and manufacturing policies and procedures
