Job description & requirements
As an Operations Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to become a leading expert in all Workmate operational flow and be the ambassador of Workmate to our workers. You will work in the Operations teams to ensure the fulfillment process from the client’s need and being the backbone of it. Providing the best support to make the operational process run smoothly and tackle all of the problems on ground. You must be comfortable with managing blue collar workers and able to understand and predict their behavior towards certain actions or issues. You will synthesize and advocate workers needs across our internal product, clients side, and our operational flow. As part of being a trusted advisor for our worker and clients, on an ongoing basis you will provide technical support for our worker online & offline
Who you are and whom we’re seeking :
1. You are detailed and an organizer. In both your professional and personal life you are the person at the center of organizing things. You know the best ways to do things, but are not super rigid where your mind breaks if a C doesn’t follow A and B.
2. You are a multi-tasker. You felt the exhilaration of fast paced, dynamic work. You are able to juggle multiple implementation projects at the same time without dropping any balls. No one needs to chase you for updates, you are on top of your stuff.
3. You love to analyze data yet be adventurous. You can do data processing in excel, meanwhile enjoying field visit and interacting with people, networking with community resources, and build relationship
Things you will do as Operations Intern:
● Technical Support regarding application from worker or clients
● Following up hired workers through calls or chat
● Ensures effective overall data administration
● Do the timesheet reconciliation
● Undertakes any secondary tasking and responsibilities deemed necessary for an operational process in Workmate

● You will get the allowance that reflected in your paid Internship to cover your working tools allowance, meals & transportation Allowance
● You will working from Monday-Friday in shifting mode
People you will directly work with :
○ OC, Operation Coordinator. The person who will be your mentor and handles operational flow end to end. Responsible for all the operational processes for several clients. Ensuring recruitment and fulfillment for clients requests
○ WAT, Worker Acquisition Team. The team who is responsible for our worker pool and curates the best worker with specific skills who will become active users in our platform.
