Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi GL & Reporting Specialist di tempat usaha ASIA PULP AND PAPER untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Maintain day to day bookkeeping process and controlling accounting entries for companies’ books. Responsible for actual recording all the operating transaction
Recording and monitoring journal entries relating to amortization of prepaid expense, realization of advance, and intermill
Keep books of account and ensure complete files are properly kept for future reference
Ensure all general journal are completed with the correct transaction dates and properly authorized before posting to the SAP system
Prepare purchase and COGS report after end of month closing
Prepare profit & loss report (by product & by business unit) of branches after end of month closing
Perform revaluation of bank account, other payable, and open item using end of month currency in the SAP system
Coordinates with both corporate and external auditors during the regular year end audit engagement
Preparing monthly financial statement after monthly closing
Prepare and Analyze Financial Statement & Financial Ratio after monthly closing
Preparing Trucking Report, COGS Report, Selling & GA Expense Report for Tissue Bussiness Unit

Key Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking major
Having minimal 3-4 years relevant experience in related field, Accounting GL/Reporting from Trading Industry
Adaptable to fast pace working environment and changes
Good analytical thinking & communication skills
Microsoft excel savvy, point plus for experience in SAP
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English & Bahasa
Willing to work at Thamrin, Central Jakarta
