Job description & requirements

What will you do?

• The Corporate Strategy Associate is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and mission. This includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and staying ahead of the competition.
• The Corporate Strategy Associate is responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. They analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements, cost reductions, and revenue growth.
• The Corporate Strategy Associate is responsible for identifying and improving business processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• The Corporate Strategy Associate is responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to help the company stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• The Corporate Strategy Associate is responsible for communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, department heads, and individual contributors. They must be able to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.

Apply if you..

1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Finance, Psychology or a related field.
2. Experience: Prior experience  with a focus on corporate strategy, process improvement, and/or performance management. Experience in developing and implementing OKRs is also preferred.
3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Project Management Skills: Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices related to corporate strategy, business processes, and performance management.
7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is also preferred.
