Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Supervisor (Surabaya) di perusahaan PT Otto Menara Globalindo (McEasy) untuk kota/kab Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

Currently, we are looking for a candidate to become HR Supervisor at our Surabaya Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Economy, Human Resource Management or Law
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Senior HR or 2 years experience as HR Supervisor
  • Familiar with employment laws and regulations (e.g. UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 01 Tahun 2017, Omnibus Law, and other relevant laws)
  • Knows how to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR support applications (HRIS)
  • Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll process
  • Responsible for handling BPJS Employment and BPJS Health and Incentives, etc
  • Maintain corporate directorate and other organizational charts
  • Develop training and maintenance programs for all employees
  • Responsible for employee records related to recruitment, promotion, transfer and termination
  • Responsible for all activities related to HR Operation
